After the Dong Nai game against T&T I decided to stay in HCMC . With nothing planned I’d noticed Song Lam Nghe An would be playing against Becamex Binh Duong, just a hour or so bus ride from my hostel. Today I’d support Binh Duong, hoping they would dent SLNA title challenge. An interesting afternoon seeing as thousands (30,000 actually) turned up and forced there way, rather worryingly, in to the stadium to witness their team lose 2-1. Unfortunately the behavior of many marred the experience, especially for those police that were pelted with bottles and sandals throughout the game by the SLNA fans. The outcome, Binh Duong were fined for not providing enough security and strangely SLNA only  received a ticking off.
