How many foreign players is allowed in the club’s in the 1 division for the coming season?
Which are the club’s that are in or close to Saigon?
Do they allow foreign players in the 2 division?

Hi. Last season foreign players were not allowed in the Vleague 2. Vleague 1 is allowed two foreign players and one naturalised player.
